2025 Pricing (daily rates up to 8 hours):
Monday - Thursday
~ Banquet Hall /Upper Covered Patio/Indoor Bar/Basement Lounge/Lower Patio - $850
~ Amphitheater/Park - $850
** Bundle Together - $1,500**
Friday – Sunday
~ Banquet Hall /Upper Covered Patio/Indoor Bar/Basement Lounge/Lower Patio - $1,250
~ Amphitheater/Park - $1,250
** Bundle Together - $2,250**
Additional Items:
Tips Certified Bartender/Server: $20/hr + 20% gratuity (required for all events with alcohol; amount of bartenders dependent on party size)
Commercial Kitchen Use - $30/hr or **included w/ bundled venue rental
Snaplock Dark Maple Dance Floor (900 sq ft) - Set up in amphitheater **included w/ bundled venue rental or amphitheater/park rental
PA System – Rockville Powered PA w/ Speakers **included w/ bundled venue rental or $100
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is due upon booking to reserve your event date. A second payment of 50% is due 120 days before the event, with the remaining 25% due no later than 30 days prior. A refundable security deposit of $500–$1,000 is also required and will be returned within 14 days post-event, provided no damages or violations of the rental agreement occur.
