What equipment is available for use?
Our kitchen includes refrigeration and freezer space, stainless steel prep tables, three-compartment sinks, dishwasher, pizza ovens, an air fryer, an induction stovetop, a commercial mixer, and smallwares.
Can I bring my own equipment?
Yes! Outside equipment must be disclosed and approved in advance to ensure compliance with safety standards.
How is kitchen time scheduled?
Kitchen time is scheduled in advance on a first-come, first-served basis. Regular users (monthly renters) are given priority for recurring time slots.
Can I store food or supplies overnight?
Limited overnight storage is available during active rentals. Extended storage options may be available for an additional fee.
What types of food production are allowed?
Our kitchen supports general commercial food prep, baking, assembly, catering prep, and light cooking. Heavy deep frying, full restaurant service, or industrial-scale production are not permitted.
Is there a minimum rental time?
Yes, there is a 2-hour minimum for hourly rentals.
